How prices of internet services (e.g. flight tickets, train tickets, hotel reservations) evolve over time? Is it better booking long ahead, or better booking just before? We captured prices twice a week during three months for a sample of cases to analyse the price evolution. In this fourth post, we analyse the evolution of the prices for hotel reservations in the 3 months before the check in date; differences in the price may vary between 8% and 54% during those 3 last months.
